The Nigeria National League Super 4 has ended in Bayelsa State with Bendel Insurance finishing on top of the table with 7 points.
Goals from Austin Ogunye and Ebenezer Odeyemi ensured that Insurance defeated Doma United 2-1 in the game the Super 4.
Earlier in the day, Bayelsa United rallied back to beat El-Kanemi Warrior 2-0 to clinch the second spot.
The host club has failed to win a game until the final day but they’ve secured a draw in one of the previous matches.
The win against Elkanemi earned them 4 points the same as the Maiduguri-based club but they finished second due to a superior goal difference.
El-Kanemi and Doma United placed in 3rd and 4th positions respectively
