Two quick goals from Iyiola Kabiru and Akinnawonu Idowu inside the first six minutes Omifon United 2-1 victory over defending champions Opeyemi FA.
Iyiola Kabiru capitalized on defensive mix-up put Omifon United inside 3minutes of action.
The advantage was doubled two minutes later when Akinnawonu Idowu nodded home Gotie’s cross to give Opeyemi a shock lead.
Opeyemi FA wasted many chances to reduce the deficit in the first half.
Opeyemi FA however put one back in the second half but Omifon United held on to record a momentous victory.
