The Super Falcons had provided a brillant assist to lead the Catalan side past Real Madrid 3-1 in the semi-final on Thursday and the reigning Africa Women’s Footballer of the Year shone to add another title to her trophy collections.
The Spanish champions made a promising start to the contest when Aitana Bonmati opened the scoring for Jonatan Giraldez’s side off Geyse’s fine pass after just 13 minutes into the match at Estadio Romano.
After the break, Barcelona started off from where they left off in the second half as Bonmati bagged her second of the day to double the lead for the Spanish two minutes after the restart.
In the closing stage, Sociedad were seeking to pull one back to keep their hopes alive but Lucy Bronze set up substitute Oshoala to score in the additional minute.
The recor five-time African Footballer of the Year winner replaced Geyse in the 68th minute before finding the back of the net in the 97th minute. She has scored seven goals with an assist in 13 league games for Barcelona this season.
