After the Flying Eagles secured a ticket to the knockout rounds of the U20 World Cup in Argentina, coach Ladan Bosso has revealed he will play a largely experimental side for a final Group D match against Brazil Saturday.

Nigeria stopped Italy 2-0 to shoot to the top of Group D and also book their passage to the Round of 16 of the competition.

We will make some changes (vs Brazil),” Bosso said soon after the win over Italy.

We will want to give some of the players who are yet to see action to start against Brazil.”

Saturday’s match against five-time champions Brazil will kick off 7pm in La Plata, same time as Italy battle the Dominican Republic in Mendoza.

Some of the players yet to see action in Argentina include fullbacks Augustine Njoku and Israel Domingo, winger Kehinde Ibrahim, goalkeepers Nathaniel Nwosu and John Audu, while the likes of Ibrahim Abdullahi and Joshua John have been introduced to the fray.
