Choice FC International played a one all draw with Facoms YITB in the final match of the Ultimate Football league championship played at Oluyemi Kayode stadium in Ado-Ekiti.
Choice FC secured the lead in the first half via a penalty after Facoms goalkeeper brought down Choice FC attackers in the box While Facoms YITB also level the game in the second half via penalty awarded after the Refree consulted the Video Assistant which was introduced in the game.
The game which was a final league match for both team is also the last Preparatory match for Choice FC who will be involved in the NLO2 league from Wednesday.
FACOMS YITB who are the league winners was presented with medals and league trophy as the winner of the Maiden edition of Ultimate Football league championship.
Meanwhile, Coach Timilehin of Facoms YITB was awarded as the best coach of the tournament while ROYAL football academy was awarded as the Most disciplined team of the tournament, other participating teams which include, Gateway FC, Dynamic FC, Ajaye FC, Morjing Stars FC, Royal FC and Choice FC were giving a certificate of participation in the league.
While speaking, the Chairman of Ekiti Football Association, Chief Olu OlowoRemo who presented the medals and trophy to the winner applauded the league organizers and the participating teams for the success of the league and promised to give necessary support for the league in the future.
