All is now set for the maiden edition of Dr Seyi Oshodi U-17 football tournament in Okitipupa and Irele local governments.
The football tournament is to be financed by the CEO of Oshodi Art gallery Lagos Dr Seyi Oshodi.
While interacting with newsmen the FA chairman of Okitipupa Government who doubles as the chief organizer of Seyi Oshodi U-17 football tournament Babatunde Igbasan said the tournament is meant to uncover hidden football talents in the two local governments.
He said Further that the eventual winner will cart home #100,000 while the second best team will pocket #70,000.
The third and fourth beat team will be given #50,000 and #30,000 respectively.
The tournament is tentatively set to commence on the 28th of May while Matches are to be played at the two participating local governments
