Over the last two weeks, very top scouts based in different countries and working with different agencies in Europe were in Awka, Anambra state capital on the invitation of Edel FC for our Club’s scouting exercise. The exercise had two separate programs. The first batch of scouts came in and stayed between Tuesday 13th of June to Friday 16th of June, 2023.
While the second batch were around from Tuesday 20th to Thursday 22nd of June 2023.
The point man of the scouting exercise is former Super Eagles player Prince Ikpe Ekong who is based in Sweden.
The General Manager Mr Olisa Onuchukwu thanked the President of the club for giving the boys this huge platform and assured him that this exercise will bear fruits in no distant time. The football administrator also applauded both sets of scouts and assured them of the club’s genuine partnership in the ever growing football family.
