The Board of the FCT Football Association has banned all Coaches that are not affiliated with Nigeria Football Coaches Association from seating on the bench in all matches organized in the Capital City.
In a memo from the Secretariat of the FA, and signed by the Secretary Haruna Usman Ilerika, the FA said for any Coach that operate in the FCT must be a member of the NFCA (FCT Chapter).
He said that such a person will not be allowed to be on the bench during matches that takes place in FCT.
This is to have effective control of attitudinal behaviour of coaches, also make them more professional and accountable for their deeds. These takes effect from 8th March 2023”.
The coaches Association was directed to forward the list of affiliated coaches in FCT to the FA.
