The Future Eagles of Nigeria has sent strong signals to their opponents with their impressive performances ahead of this month’s Dream Cup Invitational tournament in Japan.
The team tutored by Haruna Ilerika put his knowledge to test by allowing his Senior (U16 and U15) Future Eagles team to compete with the highly rated Olympic Hybrid Football team based in Abuja.
The U16 boys dazzled the Olympic Hybrid FC senior boys by 3-1 in the first game played during the early hours of Thursday at the FIFA Goal Project in Abuja.
The high scoring “Baby Eagles” returned to the pitch half an hour later with the U15 boys against the Olympic Hybrid Football Academy junior boys and it was 4-0 bashing of the Abuja boys.
So far, the Future Eagles have won seven friendly games and lost just one in the first and second phase camping exercise.
The Future Eagles lads are expected to round off the camp with one more friendly game this Friday before jetting out on Sunday afternoon to Japan.
