Erling Haaland set a new Premier League record in Manchester City’s 3-0 win over West Ham on Wednesday night, Sportivationng.com reports.

The Norwegian striker scored his 35th goal of the season to break the record of Alan Shearer and Andy Cole, who scored 34 goals respectively.

He has now scored the most goals in a Premier League season.

Nathan Ake opened the scoring for Manchester City when he headed in Mahrez’s free-kick after the restart.

Haaland produced a sublime chip over Fabianski for the second goal before Phil Foden put the icing on the cake five minutes from time.
