Being the first Ikale football club to have ever participated in a League match.
The team registered for the 2018 Aiteo cup and were knocked out by Akure city in the Semi-final.
At the abridge league format in 2018,the team finished second in its group.
Since 2018,the team has been battling with financial crises and challenges who had made it impossible for the team to renew its status.
The status remains dormat with four years of inactivity.
The coach of the team has left when his remuneration could not be paid.
Ikale United is an indigenous football club of the Ikale and must not allow to go to extinction.
