Barcelona claimed their first win over Cadiz in 16 years after putting up an impressive display to earn an emphatic 4-0 victory at the Estadio Nuevo Mirandilla.
Four second-half goals from Frenkie de Jong, Robert Lewandowski, Ansu Fati, and Ousmane Dembele propelled the Catalan giants to their 4th consecutive La Liga victory. Robert Lewandowski, Ansu Fati, and Ousmane Dembele scored a goal each as Barcelona thrashed Cadiz 4-0 on Saturday.
The game was however overshadowed by a medical emergency after a Cadiz supporter had to be attended to in the stands following a cardiac arrest with the game paused for over 15 minutes.
The victory takes Barcelona to the top of the La Liga table with 13 points from 5 games, one point more than their arch-rivals Real Madrid who have played a game less.
