Two-time African champions The Super Sand Eagles of Nigeria will square off against Mozambique, Malawi, and Morocco in Group A of this year’s Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations.
The Super Sand Eagles will be looking to claim their first African title in 13 years when they jet out to Mozambique for the 2022 Beach Soccer AFCON.The two-time African Champions qualified for the tournament after Lybia withdrew from the Qualifiers in August.
Nigeria will be part of the eight nations that will battle for Africa’s top prize. However, they would have to see off all advances from Malawi, Morocco, and Mozambique in Group A after the draws took place on Friday, September 16, 2022.
They would to pick all possible points from their group and progress for the next round. Especially as the competition serves as a qualifier for the Beach Soccer World Cup.
