Osimhen put Napoli infront in the 14th minute with a header from the right side of the six yard box to the bottom right corner.
And in the 39th minute, the 24-year-oldprovided as assist as Khvicha Kvaratskhelia put Napoli 2-0 up. But Angel Di Maria
pulled one back for the Old Lady just before half time, much against the run of play.
The Nigeria international got his brace 15 minutes into the second half as he headed home from close range. Osimhen has been on fire for Napoli this season, leading the Serie A goal scoring chart with 12 goals and three assists in 14 league outings. The Partenopei are now 9 points clear at the top of the log with the win on Friday night.
Ademola Lookman was also on fire as he grabbed a brace and provided an assist in Atalanta’s 8-2 win over Salernitana in Sunday’s Serie A game. Lookman scored from the penalty spot in the 20th minute to put Atalanta 2-1 up after Jeremie Boga put them ahead.
Three minutes later, Giorgio Scalvini made it 3-1 with a header, and the first half ended 5-1.Lookman scored Atalanta’s sixth goal of the game in the 54th minute, and also provided the assist for Ederson who put Atalanta 7-2 up in the 61st minute.

Moffi put Lorient ahead in the 29th minute to register his 12th goal of the season.
Only Kylian Mbappe with 13 goals for PSG has scored more than Moffi in the French Ligue 1 this season.
In the Spanish Laliga: Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze got an assist for Villarreal as they were held to a 1-1 draw away at Celta Vigo on Friday night. The 23-year-old assisted Gerard Moreno for the opening goal in the 15th minute.
However, Chukwueze was replaced by Yeremi Pino before the commencement of the second half.

In the Premier League: Super Eagles duo of Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi were in action for Leicester City in their 2-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest in Saturday’s Premier League game. Ndidi played from start to finish, while Iheanacho was introduced in the 68th minute.
Leicester have now lost all their last four Premier League games and are 14th on the log, just two points above the relegation zone.
