The General Secretary of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Doctor Sanusi Mohammed says he is not going to be distracted by those calling for his removal from office.
The Kebbi born Super Administrator is unfazed by the sponsored campaign targeted at maligning his office.
The erudite football technocrat stated in clear terms that by God’s grace he will see to the end of his tenure in office and will not fret over sponsored allegations to exit him from his lawful duties.
“I have done this job honestly and professionally and God will vindicate me in all spheres”.
He stated further that this is not the first time rumours of his removal were being circulated by those who are pushing to unseat him at the highly important football seat of administration.
“This rumour has been going on for a while and I am more dedicated to this job than listening to what will not grow the secretariat” .
Doctor Sanusi who is the President of the Association of Africa Football Secretaries, his track record in football administration speaks volumes of his antecedent.
“The secretariat has done well under my watch and we are still giving our best for the sake of football”.
He debunked the claims that he is not on the same page with the NFF president and the honourable minister of sports.
“I am a law abiding citizen and I can’t be disobedient to constituted authorities so I have no issues with anyone”.
