Former Lobi Stars forward Joseph Atule has completed his medical ahead of the summer move to Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions Enyimba International on a free transfer.
The Benue-born forward who was one of the best performing players in the league last season, had a brilliant season with Lobi Stars, after he scored five goals and recorded five assists.
Atule also finished as the top scorer during the Naija Super 8 tournament scoring three goals in four games with two brilliant goals against Akwa United.
The pacy forward who was a summer target for former NPFL Champions Rivers united, earlier in the transfer window, will be unveil as Enyimba Int’l new signing after he undergo his medicals on Monday in Aba.
Atule has now completed his medical and all documents are all but set to be signed, but what is left for the deal to be official is the unveiling of the player, which will be done in the coming days.
Atule will be coming to Enyimba Int’l to add more qualities to the attacking forces that have Ekene Awazie, Adiele Eriugo, Chisom Okereke and Anthony Okachi, who will join the team on two years deal from Shooting Stars.
