Ibom Angel’s football club snatched 3 maximum points at home as they pipped visiting Abia Angel’s football club of Aba at the practice pitch of the Godswill Akpabio staduim Uyo goal scored by Adekemi Akintan after a cross by Chioma Abayin in the 79th minutes.
Speaking to the media department of the team Coach Ann Chiejine spoke about the game, ” my team played very well and also created many scoring chances but couldn’t convert the chances also lost concentration that resulted to the goal but I must give credit to my team for playing to instructions despite the loss.
“Also the team captain Victoria Eyakndue bared her mind about the game,”
We lost the game but we gave a good account of ourselves as a team been my former club it was also emotional returning home to play here today.
