Nigeria’s last team to crash of continental competition, Rivers United , are also out of the Federation Cup.
In their delayed Round of 64 encounter, they were beaten 5-4 by Enyimba after a goalless regulation time.
It is the second cup ouster for Rivers United who last Sunday got eliminated by Tanzania’s Youn Africans from the CAF Confederation Cup.
Enyimba FC will face Plateau united in the next round of the Federation Cup
