Nigeria forward, Asisat Oshoala scored the third goal of the day for Barcelona as they defeated Sporting Huelva 3-0 to claim their fourth consecutive Spanish league crown at the Estadi Johan Cruyff on Sunday.

Cruising from sealing a third consecutive Women’s Champions League final, the Catalans went into the contest, knowing that a win will seal their league diadem and they went on to achieve the feat with four games to spare.

After earning a starting appearance in 1-1 semi-final draw with Chelsea, Oshoala was handed a starting role from the bench against Huelva for the ninth time this season and made an individual impact to guarantee their title success.

After long resolve by the visitors, Laia Codina broke the deadlock for Jonathan Giraldez’s side in the 39th minute.

On returning from recess, Jana Fernandez doubled the lead for the 2021 European Champions in the 63rd minute.

Despite a two-goal advantage, Giraldez introduced Oshoala in the 64th minute and the former Arsenal forward converted the third goal for her team in the 89th minute.

Her latest goal ends her seven-week league drought and takes her league tally to 20 with two assists from 24 games.

For Barcelona, they claimed their fourth straight crown with 78 points from 26 games, 12 points ahead of Real Madrid.

The team has scored a whopping 108 goals and conceded five in the process.
