Group A, Trinity FC under their new Coach, Coach Bello MJ who was with the All Star FC in his Last campaign in Ade Abey made his debut with Trinity FC, both suffered a devastating loss in the hand of Mighty Sparrow!
Pablo Olumagba and Joseph Godson Joseph couldn’t convert the great chance Trinity FC had in the early opener in the first half, however Pablo Olumagbe later was on Target for his team!
Aderoyeje Sunto was on target for Mighty Sparrow in the first half and Ayomikun Ayodele sealed the win Mighty Sparrow late on the final whistle by Referee Sefiu S., and assisted by Ref Owoyemi A and Ref. Tajudeen.
Trinity FC stopper, Babatunde Papa made some Incredible saves in the first half while Aderoyeje Suntos of Mighty Sparrow was theawarded Man of the match with his extraordinary display, high control of the ball, most duels won and most tackles before the stoppage time.
