Super Eagles Supporters Club has commended Super Falcons of Nigeria for qualifying to the Last-16 at ongoing FIFA Women’s World Cup at Australia/New Zealand.
Super Falcons earlier played a goaless draw with Republic of Ireland.
The result which sees the Nigerian side progressed to the knockout stage of the women’s World Cup.
The National President of Super Eagles Supporters Club Barrister Johnson Dagana in a statement described Super Falcons as a resilient team.
” l want to congratulate our dear Super Falcons for making it beyond the group stage at the ongoing FIFA Women’s World Cup”.
” Despite not given a chance, Super Falcons have proven to the whole world that Nigeria should never been underestimated”.
” I urged the team to redouble their efforts ahead of the round of 16 encounter”
